The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities available to make for a comfortable stay. the location was convenient, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. the breakfast spread offered a good variety of local and continental options, with delicious pastries and fresh fruit.
The internet was slow and inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, the AC in the room was not functioning well, which affected the comfort level.

The room was big, clean, and pretty. Staff tried to help. Comfy beds and hot shower. Acceptable breakfast.
Nothing not to like.

As I travel to Myanmar cities, I know that traffic noise is a common experience and can be resolved by requesting a higher floor and bringing earplugs. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet has a decent selection. Rooms are clean and spacious with hot showers, toiletries, and bottled water. the Wi-Fi can be troublesome, but it's a usual issue in most places.
Some aspects of the hotel might not meet the expectations of some guests.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even upgrading us when they didn't have enough king-size bed rooms. Breakfast had both local and Western options and was good. The hotel had comfortable beds and a nice hot shower.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel had a good breakfast with a variety of local and Western options, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the hotel had a great location within walking distance to some attractions and shopping areas.
My experience at the hotel during Christmas was not good. The room was noisy and uncomfortable, with a poor bed and an outdated bathroom.
